Eduardo M. Inclán
Managing Director
Eduardo M. Inclán Pietrantoni is Founder and Managing Director at Bluhaus Capital. He is also Founder and Managing Principal at Bluhaus Small Business Investment Fund.
Prior to founding Bluhaus, Eduardo was head of Santander Securities’ investment banking group, focusing primarily on Puerto Rico investment companies, corporate finance, municipal finance, structured products, and financial advisory. Before joining Santander, he worked in the Investment Banking department at Popular Securities, Inc.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of East Island Excursions and Atlas U.S. Tactical Income Fund.
Eduardo earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Alberto J. Toro
Managing Director
Alberto J. Toro Casellas is Founder and Managing Director at Bluhaus Capital. He is also Founder and Managing Principal at Bluhaus Small Business Investment Fund.
Prior to founding Bluhaus, Alberto was the PMO, Planning & Strategy Manager in the Office of the President & CEO of Santander Securities LLC in Boston, MA. Before joining Santander, he was Aide to the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development & Commerce of Puerto Rico and Deputy Adviser to the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico.
Alberto earned his B.S. and B.A. from Villanova University.
Mariel Lama
Managing Director
Mariel Lama is a Managing Director at Bluhaus Capital. She is also Managing Principal of Bluhaus Small Business Investment Fund.
Prior joining Bluhaus, Lama was a Portfolio Manager at First Bank, where she was responsible for managing the bank’s corporate banking portfolio in Puerto Rico. Before joining FirstBank, she served as a Principal at Advent-Morro Equity Partners, a Puerto Rico based private equity firm. Mariel was also an Associate at J.P. Morgan, Investment Bank in the Consumer, Healthcare and Retail Group’s New York Office.
Mariel earned a B.B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Waldemar gonzález
Managing Director
Waldemar González Vélez is a Managing Director at Bluhaus Capital.
Waldemar has more than forty years of experience developing and implementing financial and operational systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve the efficiency and competitiveness of owned and third party client businesses. Before joining Bluhaus he was president and chairman of Grupo Mill Agro, a corporation dedicated to the manufacture of animal food in San Juan. He was also a partner at Kevane, Peterson, Soto & Pasarell a local accounting firm in the Island.
Waldemar is currently Chairman of the Board of East Island Excursions.
Waldemar earned a B.S. from the University of Puerto Rico.
JESÚS F. MÉNDEZ
Managing Director
Jesús F. Méndez is a Managing Director at Bluhaus Capital.
Prior to joining Bluhaus, he held several key senior management positions including Executive VP of Doral Bank, President at Santander Asset Management, Chief Operating Officer at Santander Securities and First Boston, among others.
He has vast experience in the public-sector as Secretary of the Treasury, Executive VP and member of the Board of Directors of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico and Executive Director of the Public Buildings Authority.
He is currently member of the Board for an International Financial Entity in Puerto Rico.
Jesús earned a B.S. from the University of Puerto Rico.
Diana Calderón
Director
Diana Calderón is a Director at Bluhaus Capital.
Prior to joining Bluhaus, Diana was a Real Estate Asset Manager at Hudson Advisors where she managed and restructured non-performing loans and oversaw the administration of owned properties from foreclosure to disposition.
Before joining Hudson Advisors, Diana was Asset Coordinator and Manager at Blackpoint Management where she managed commercial loan portfolio, supervised construction cash flows and sales strategies for residential projects. Prior to Blackpoint, she was Financial Analyst/Loan Manager for Commercial Centers Management.
Diana earned a B.A. from Boston College.
Edgar Arroyo
Associate Director
Edgar Arroyo is an Associate Director at Bluhaus Capital.
Prior to joining Bluhaus, Edgar managed restructuring plans and operational budgets for public corporations as an Associate for the Executive Director of the Financial Oversight Management Board. Before joining the Financial Oversight Management Board, Edgar worked on the Assurance practices for Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
Edgar earned a B.S. from the University of Puerto Rico and holds a Certified Public Accountant License.
Renato Garzaro
Associate Director
Renato Garzaro is an Associate Director at Bluhaus Capital.
Before joining Bluhaus, Renato served as an Analyst for Advent-Morro Equity Partners, where he assisted in all aspects of investment due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies. Before joining Advent-Morro, Renato served as a Regional Credit and Collections Analyst for Puma Energy LATAM.
Renato earned his B.S. from Florida International University.
Lorenzo Blanco

Lorenzo Blanco is an Associate at Bluhaus Capital. Before joining Bluhaus, Lorenzo served as Intern for the Comptroller Office at Banco Popular. Prior to joining Banco Popular, he was as an Intern to the CFO of International Hospitality Enterprises and Intern at Popular Securities.
Lorenzo earned a B.S. from Bentley University.
